Some of the most popular pieces we restyle here at the studio or our customers tackle as a Mango Paint DIY painting project are hutches…let’s be honest, most of them are hand-me-downs and are looking pretty outdated.
But, I’m here to tell you that they look AWESOME freshened up to suit your space!
These china cabinets/ hutches, while outdated, are super functional as storage or display units—not to mention generally very solidly made…which tend to be hard to come by in newer pieces these days.
Some of our favourite ways to transform hutches is to remove the glass doors & update the hardware to something more modern & stylish.
It’s time to make that hutch your own, so don’t be afraid to add a bold splash of colour too if you fancy!
