What'cha Workin' on Wednesday?!?

Happy Wednesday friends!

We have been busy painting away at the studio - and looks like you have been busy too!

Let's take a look at what'cha been workin' on, shall we?!?

First up this week is a double punch of colour for two lucky girls! Check out these sweet desks that were restyled using Fusion Mineral Paint in Coral and Prairie Sunset!

How cute is that?!

Natacha picked up these desks second hand, swung by our studio to pick up some fun paint colours and wasted no time restyling these sweet desks! What lucky daughters you have Natacha! I'm sure they are happy to have a pretty little spot to do their homework now that school is back in session!

Here's a look at Natacha's desks 'before':

Great job Natacha - thanks for sharing! Looking forward to seeing what pretty colour you choose for your next project!

Next up this week is a very creative project using a dresser to create a one-of-a-kind stereo cabinet. Patricia removed the dresser drawers to create shelves instead - such a great idea, especially when one or two of the drawers are 'wonky'.

This dresser was painted using van Gogh Fossil paint in 'Dark Night', a deep rich blue.

And can you see that pretty pattern on the side of the dresser?

That is paintable wallpaper - yes, that's right, a wallpaper you can paint! Patricia got very creative with this piece and applied paintable wallpaper to the side panels - which looks very pretty and would be an awesome trick to cover up damaged veneer! Here's a look at the dresser with the wallpaper applied, but before painting:

and here's a look at the dresser 'before' completely:

Such a unique restyle Patricia - thank you for sharing! I think I need to get my hands on some of that wallpaper - it looks so fun!

Last but not least this week is a pretty pop of red on this sweet dresser restyled by Laurel. The colour 'Lipstick' from our van Gogh Fossil paint gives this piece just the right amount of punch and pretty! Beautiful job Laurel - thank you for sharing with us!

Thank you so much to everyone for sending in their pictures! Can't wait to see what you do next!

And don't forget - if you are featured on our Wednesday blog you we will have a 10% discount waiting for you at the studio (valid for 30 days)! We don't always get to share pictures in the week that they are sent in, but we do hang on to them and try to share as many as we can because we love seeing your projects! It's so easy! All you have to do is e-mail your before and after pictures (or even just after pictures if that's all you have, lol) to: [email protected]

Happy painting!
