What'cha Workin' on Wednesday?!?

Hi there!

How's your week going so far?!? Can you believe it's November already?!?

The holidays will be here before we know it and we're getting into the spirit of things with our upcoming holiday workshops! Including our Holiday Makers Day on November 18th where we will be creating 4 beautiful festive decor items in one super fun day! Check out our workshop schedule by clicking here!

But enough about us! Let's take a look at what'cha been workin' on, shall we?!?

First up this week is a beautiful desk restyled by Carrie using our van Gogh Fossil paint. 'Mascara' is the perfect slate grey - I really love this colour on honestly just about everything! I LOVE the gold hardware on this little desk and the styling here is just perfect for the coming holidays! Great job Carrie!

Thank you so much for sharing with us!

Here is a look at Carrie's desk 'before':

Kathie reclaimed a desk recently too! Instead of painting this little cutie she decided to use our stain and finishing oil overall to give it new life, and it looks great!

I love how the oil brings out the grain of the wood - and the best part is that with a finishing oil built right in this can be done in one step! (no top coat required)

Here is a look at Kathie's much darker and quite worn looking desk 'before':

Great job on this Kathie - thank you for sharing with us!

Last up this week (but certainly not least) is another beautiful desk restyled by Heather. Heather used van Gogh Fossil paint in 'Zeppelin' grey for the base of this desk and spent some extra care on the top by applying our stain and finishing oil in 'Ebony' for a super classy look! I love how this turned out - beautiful as always Heather!

To see just how much work Heather put into this, let's take a look at this desk 'before':

What'cha Workin' on Wednesday?!?

Happy Wednesday friends!

It's finally getting a bit nicer outside - starting to feel like spring! The warmer air and sunshine has everyone thinking about cleaning out and/or sprucing up their home - and who can blame them?!? I love changing things up at home with the change of the seasons :)

Well you and I know that Wednesday is for sharing, so let's take a look at what you've been workin' on, shall we?!?

First up this week is a great restyle by Camilla! Her 'new' table and chairs looks fantastic restyled in 'Mascara' from our van Gogh Fossil paint line. Have a look:

Love that super cute 'EAT' sign too Camilla! Thanks for sharing this picture!

This sweet kitchen 'set' was a golden oak colour before . . . you know what I'm talking about, here's a look at her chairs as she was prepping them for paint:

And here's a look at the table 'before' when Camilla purchased it 'as is' from our studio:

Great job on this - your table and chairs look beautiful all restyled and suite your kitchen perfectly. Thanks for sharing Camilla - your discount is waiting :)

Next up this week is Kate, after taking a workshop at our studio, Kate went home and gave her metal wall art a beautiful restyle using Fusion Mineral paint! Soft blue/green Inglenook looks so pretty on this piece . . .

I love how soft the colour looks against your wall colour Kate! Good thinking giving this piece a restyle - sometimes I get so hung up on painting furniture that I forget to look around at the other items that could be upgraded with some paint, lol!

Here's a look at the metal piece before it was restyled:

Thanks for sharing Kate! I'm pretty sure you've already moved on to another project - can't wait to see what you you do next! (Your discount is waiting!)

Last up this week (but never least), is Kelly & Brenden. These two used van Gogh Fossil paint in 'River Tides' to give this dresser a whole new look - and boy does it look good!

Great job you two - the stained top is a nice touch! This looks beautiful - such a great colour too! Thanks for sharing these pictures - we have a discount waiting for you :)

Here's a look at their dresser 'before', looks like it was definitely in need of a restyle:

Thank you so much to everyone for sending in their pictures! Can't wait to see what you do next!

And three new lucky customers to receive 10% off their next purchase at Mango Reclaimed :)

First up is an awe inspiring transformation by Nikki. I mean honestly, look at this beautiful cabinet!!

Niki used our van Gogh fossil paint in Cashmere and Mascara to restyle her dated dining hutch and table into a stunning dining set.

Here's a look at the Hutch and table before:

I mean, come on!! This looks fantastic!

You did such a great job on this Nikki - your house is looking great for the upcoming holiday/entertaining season! Thank you so much for sharing with us!

Next up this week is Teresa's restyled and very pretty sideboard and mirror.

Teresa picked up this piece from our studio as a 'ready to restyle' piece. With a little vision and some TLC she turned it into a work of art! The added wooden 'rope' and decals add additional interest to this already stunning piece.

Here's a look a the sideboard when she picked it up from us:

Nice work Teresa - thank you so much for sharing with us!

Last but certainly not least this week is Tracy's sweet coffee table restyled in a farmhouse chic look with the help of some Miss Mustard Seed's Milk paint.

Painting out the base of this little table white with some milk paint chippy goodness was a great way to really help it look at home with the rest of the rooms decor. Great job Tracy - thanks for sharing!

Thank you so much to everyone for sending in their pictures! Can't wait to see what you do next!

And don't forget - if you are featured on our Wednesday blog you we will have a 10% discount waiting for you at the studio (valid for 30 days)! It's so easy you guys! All you have to do is e-mail your before and after pictures to: [email protected]
