Let's take a look at what'cha been working on, shall we?

First up this week is this gorgeous vanity painted by Heather! Heather is no stranger to our van Gogh Fossil paint and definitely has her favourite colours - this restyle project was painted in beautiful 'Morning Mist', but Heather is also a big fan of creamy 'Cashmere'. . .

Great job on the stool upholstery too - so talented!

Below is a peak at the 'before' picture. Beautiful work Heather - thank you so much for sharing! I'm sure we'll see you in the studio soon to pick up some paint for your next project - with 10% off of course!

Next up this week is this sweet little backyard escape created by Victoria. The wooden chair, which was a yard sale purchase, was raw thirsty wood and a perfect candidate for Miss Mustard Seed's Milk paint. Victoria used milk paint in 'French Enamel' and sealed it with Tung Oil to give this lounge chair a fresh new look.

The table, which was a side-of-the-road-find was restyled using van Gogh Fossil paint in 'Buttah' yellow, a perfectly cheerful colour for this sunny backyard retreat! Table Top Finish on the entire table give make it super durable - even for cool melting drinks!

Below is a look at the table and chair before they got a sunny new look. Thanks so much for sharing Victoria - stop by our studio for 10% off your next purchase! Looking forward to see what you work on next!

Interior Design Show and a restyled desk.

I'm so excited to be attending the Interior Design Show this coming Friday! This year I'm super excited that I will get to spend the day with my good friend Leslie (The Inspiration Nest) soaking up all the interior design inspiration a girl can dream of. The show is open to the public Saturday and Sunday so if you love interior design and you're looking for something to do this weekend I highly suggest you check it out. Learn more about the show here.

Because I'm attending the show on Friday (trade day), I'm sorry to tell you that Mango Reclaimed will be closed for the day on Friday January 24th.

This desk had charm to begin with, but painting her out with Miss Mustard Seed Milk Paint in 'french enamel' really brought her to life. She is perfectly distressed with just a hint of chippy goodness in all the right places. The hemp oil finish gives this desk some durability.
